Why Word-of-Mouth Advertising Contributes to #CreditCounseling Credentials

A #creditcounselor  better have some word out on the street that they have the past clientele praising good work, or you might as well be dealing with a hack or someone who's just flat inexperienced. Sorry to say, but the person may not be a scammer, but will have to really dig down dirty to build the clientele list and at least get ONE good review out of word-of-mouth advertising, which is why a consumer should always ask for references.

Just one reference can be the deal maker when it comes to working with a credit counselor. You just want that one seal of approval that says another client in the past declared that the credit counselor can actually do a good job!

8 Real Questions to Ask Your Prospective Credit Counselor

Not every credit counselor out there is the same. In FACT, you might be wrong on what a credit counselor is! Here’s what you need to know.

#IDTheft: This Message Will Self-Destruct in Ten Seconds

Yes, in real life as well as the silver screen with exploding trains, scaling windows, bombs, fight scenes, and motorcycle chase sequences can identity theft occur in the worst way, and when a Wichita, KS, man decided to go into a police station and report as an "undercover agent" assuming the identity of a local homeowner, you'd think the cops would start asking questions.

Thankfully, they did. A unit was sent to the house to find that same man, the "undercover agent," living there like normal under the guise of the stolen name — of which the REAL homeowner had been absent for several months due to caring for a sick mother in another town. All without that poor man knowing about his stolen property.

Self-destruct, indeed.

8 Identity Theft Stories That’ll “Awaken the Force” in You

By now you’ll agree that the saga that is Star Wars is itself a number of identity theft stories rolled into one. That should tell you something!

Who doesn’t love the hairpiece? Seriously. Donald Trump’s the poster child, perhaps, for a special kind of hair, but also for just mega-success, so you’d have to expect that such a man knows a bit about financial forecasting failure. How does one see all the wrong signs and then walk into a financial wall of fire? Very simply, actually, as detailed here:

It’s All About Accuracy When it Comes to Financial Forecasting

Hence, if you don’t have it, you’re going to lose. You’re fired as Donald Trump would say. Given he’s probably one of the most prolific entrepreneurs of our age, these tips would go quite well with his business ethic, so as someone who may be considering everything from a cloud-based bookkeeping service to a rent-to-own consultant or even a 2-hour tax return, you might like to consider the content here as a wealth of resources —financial forecasting failure Donald Trump

And that’s just the beginning. You can read more about it at the Income Tax Planning Network and Cloud Based Bookkeeping, getting access to services that’ll keep you on the right track with your business finances. But more importantly….

“You Have to Think Anyway, so Why Not Think Big?”

Donald Trump said that. Wise words. He also said all the women on the show “The Apprentice” flirted with him, either consciously or subconsciously. We won’t judge. After all, he’s a successful businessman.

The 529 College Savings Plan: Benefiting Taxes and Education

Posted by wpadmin | Posted in Business and Corporations, Financial Advisement, Government, Personal Finance, Taxes | Posted on 22-01-2016

Tagged Under : , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Talk about killing two birds with one stone: the 529 college savings plan, operating very much like a retirement plan, not only saves up some on the expense for college later on life, but cuts down on your taxes over time. A nice little tax shelter benefiting you in the long run and ensuring your kids get the quality college education they deserve.

But How Does the 529 College Savings Plan Work?tax return-1

Also known as qualified tuition programs (QTPs), the way contributions work for these types of plans is that it allows you to defer your taxes. All your contributions to these ‘accounts’, if you wish to call them that, are tax-free. It, therefore, means that when it comes time for your budding college student to leave the family nest and venture out into the unknown, you can pull the funds out and not pay any federal tax for the tuition costs, room, and board. Even better is the benefit that you most likely won’t even have to worry about any state tax if the beneficiary, your child going to college, sticks with a university that’s in the same state. Like we said: killing two birds with one stone, education and finances.

This ultimately saves you on the taxes, as a veritable tax shelter, cutting down with these beneficial credits. Plans do vary, so sign up with the Income Tax Planning Network right away and then consult your ITPN specialist to see what your options are. You may have a variety of lifetime contribution limits, some ranging around $200K, so crunch your numbers and see what you’ve got.

Because the Future of Your Child’s Education Ultimately Revolves Around Your Future Finances

Click here for more information about other tax shelters you can take advantage of, plus some information about tax advice when divorcing, or other business tax write-offs you need to know about. Remember: information is power. Planning is power. And here’s where you get a bunch of it.

  1. Removing the Negatives — One call to Lexington Law at 844-346-3262, and you’re well on your way toward the first step of credit repair. Getting rid of those “stains” on the credit report. You cancredit repair secrets-1 even sign up right here to get started. Why is it important to remove those negatives? Because they’ll stay on for a very, very, very long time. Unless you act now.
  2. Opening Up New Lines of Credit — Next you need to show creditors that you can hold up on credit lines, making payments and such. How do you do that? You can open up new secured credit card accounts — click here for one offer, or here for another offer. And the trick is to start making small purchases, paying them off immediately. What you’ll find is the payments will be recorded on your credit report to show that you are reliable. What happens then? Your credit score goes up!
  3. Try Personal Loans and Cash Advances, Too — Every now and then, emergencies do happen in your life. But did you know that taking out a loan or even a cash advance out of your paycheck can actually improve your credit score? The key is religiously being diligent about getting payments in to pay it back. They’re not handouts. Heck, if you even wanted to just take a personal loan out for its own sake, do it. A cash advance, knowing you won’t have any trouble paying it back, won’t hinder you in any way. So why not do it if it will better your credit score?
  4. Lastly, This Secret Out of All Credit Repair Secrets Will Blow Your Mind — Your rent payments. You heard us right. Did you know that your own rent payments, even retroactively, can boost your credit score astronomically? Take advantage of adding those payments onto your report through Rental Kharma, because why wouldn’t a lender or creditor even think you’re reliable when they see that you’re always making your payments? Makes sense….

Of Course These Credit Repair Secrets Make Sense!

And the best part is the majority of this will be a small temporary investment on your part. The bonus is you have those safety nets — your lines of credit and the ability to take out any loan you want at will due to that high credit score. The 1031 Exchange: Building Bigger Houses of Cards

Posted by wpadmin | Posted in Business and Corporations, Financial Advisement, Government, Personal Finance, Taxes | Posted on 22-01-2016

Tagged Under : , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

We’re sure many wonder just how people get rich: tenacity. That’s the only way we can describe it. It all boils down to how you buy a candy bar for a buck and then sell it for two bucks. Simple as that. Increase the scale as high as you want to go, and you have a major money maker on your hands. That’s why selling homes can be a lucrative business, especially when you involve crowdfunding, but even more so, you save a ton of money on your taxes offsetting real estate capital gains or losses with this:

The 1031 Exchange: Investing Your Business in Something Biggertax return house of cards

How so? How does this work? Simply put, a 1031 Exchange in the IRS Code allows any real estate investor the ability to sell a property, take a profit, and then defer capital gains or losses provided the proceeds go to a reinvestment in a new similar used building. Think of house flipping, for instance.

Not all real estate transactions will actually apply to the 1031 Exchange, though; the property you’re reinvesting into would have to be utilized for trade, business or investment. In other words, if you’re living in a house, and then sell it to a buyer, you can’t use your earnings on it to buy another house to live in and then save on the sales taxes you’ll have to pay anyway. It would strictly have to be on the corporate side — a little something aside from the tax write-offs, say, real estate professionals can take advantage of.

So think of a house of cards, getting bigger and bigger. It’s kind of like that idea. Buy a building for, say, $150K and then turn around, sell it for $200K (you’ve just made $50K in profit). You’d have to pay taxes on the profit itself unless you take your entire $200K and invest in another property. This tax benefit often works quite well for house flippers for obvious reasons, but you get the picture. Keep reinvesting on more and more buildings, and you’ll continually make more and more profit over time while saving on your taxes. That’s the idea anyway.

Life just happens, good or bad, for many families out there in the United States. There’s no denying it. Single mothers, even single fathers: low-income families have a burden on their shoulders where basic bookkeeping becomes a stress of mammoth proportions due to the fact that there’s never enough income generated to pay necessary bills just to make it day by day.

So what has to be in place? Simply put, government aid. It’s almost a necessity for low-income families. But whether you think it’s a crutch or not, and whether many simply seem to take advantage of the benefits offered by the government, one thing is clear — even the families that do work hard seem to only make it by the skin of their teeth, having to pull from their next paychecks to pay back someone who lent money, or robbing “Peter” to pay numerous “Pauls,” because the fact is this — government aid can only do so much in comparison to personal finances (and, yet, there’s so much going into those funds that it may shock you).

Here Are Five Facts That Just Might Blow You Away With Respect to Government Aid and Low-Income Familieslow-income families

What Do These Facts Mean to You? That They Prove Benefits Don’t Benefit?

On the contrary…. They certainly make their mark. If it wasn’t for these programs, you’d have single parents on minimum wage or low-income families stuck in homeless shelters without any way to make the rent payment. That’s just a matter of fact….

But when you’ve got a certain fast-food chain making anywhere around $4.8BB in annual profits, it begs the question about employment — why not pay your workers what they earn with all the hours they put in, or want to put in, so they can get off of government aid and not have to pick and choose on their expenses?

Your average low-income worker will have just over $6K in annual income and about $11K in benefits for food, rent and child care. How’s that for a perspective on low-income families?

ITPN recognizes there’s a problem with the current system we have in place. So let’s fix it. Now.
